Flag Football – mid-season. Going well. Recap/discussion of suspension of 2nd grade player
Men’s Softball – no report
Girls Fastpitch – Fall season has ended. 1 uniform to turn in yet. Gator getting fixed.
Hardball –
Midgets – need 2 teams equipment
Little – need uniform from Art Wade – Wade Roberts will see if he can get a hold of him
Pony - still need 5 uniforms
Rubberball – no report. Discussion about pitching machine.
Tee-ball – no report. Discussion about still doing a clinic setting. Pre-requisite clinic for rubberball.
Equipment Turn-in
Shirley will go through uniform bins. Meet @ 3:30 on Sunday, Oct.16 to inventory uniforms.

New Diamond Update
Lighting Update – 6 poles are needed – fixture count stays the same, number of poles is reduced.
Village Board mtg on Oct. 17th. Preliminary estimates say 100% of the project could be funded by impact
fees. The more exact number in the account $128,000. The amount of money to be contributed for new
diamond will be decided at Oct. 17th meeting. We want as much from village as possible so we can
utilize as much of our association dollars to make improvements.
What about timeline? Goal to get major excavating finished this year. Trees cleared, trenching

$194.20 – don’t reimburse for candy, soda, Gatorade – swap for labor for shelving
Material Cost – get check from Shirley
• Concession add-on
Option #1: Louie Timmers will honor his price from May 2011 - $7,538.00 plus $1,800 for roughing
materials. Also need to add approximately $800 - $1000 for service door and garage door.
Approximately $10,500 excluding Wollner.
Option #2 – Storage shed by new diamond. Can possibly use Village contributions.
• Existing Lighted Diamond Improvements
$4,500 - $5,000 estimate to fix lighted diamond. Nathan will call and look into schedule. Randy Schlice
