Secretary Report: (Bonnie Herman)

• No deletions/corrections

Treasurer Report:

• Jim will be resigning as treasurer.

• Sales use tax – May – June ($641.80) July – Sept. ($690.45)

• Bylaws sent in with new name – needed for Tax Exempt purposes

Saving: $8,482.55
Checking: $12,968.25

Committee Reports:

• Men’s Softball – no report

• Boys Hardball –  BB core bat rules 2012 – applies mostly to Pony League

• Girls Softball

• Some parents have not received refund. Randy has money until uniforms are turned in.

• Rubberball/Teeball

• Tee-ball clinic idea discussed – discuss more in January with new board.

• 3 clinic days and 1 game day

• Flag Football – no report

Old Business:

• Uniform turn-ins

• uniforms – Art Wade & Charlie Bruss did not work

• $80 of refunds are unclaimed & will be deposited

Field Update – New & Old:

• New field is getting to grade. Field is in progress as long as weather permits.

• Lighted Field – cut boards in spring; restore power line from concession stand to scoreboard.

• New Pitching mound anchors will be needed in Spring

• Look into portable mounds for Pony League

Tax Exempt Status: (see treasurer report)

New Business:

• January Meeting Date & Elections

• January 16th @ 7:00 pm Village Hall Community Room

• Chairpersons send email addresses to Bonnie Herman

• Registration Dates & Fees for 2012 (table for Jan. mtg)
