Secretary Report:

• No deletions/corrections

Treasurer Report:

• Get Jim Murray’s name off account and get password for Internet log-in

Jeff Gosse:

• Handed out schedule for spring

• Talked about concession stand – possibly just do double headers and tournaments

• Do we want to consider putting in for sectionals once new field is ready?

• youth camp – April 10, 11, 12 from 6-8pm

• Discussion about a coaches clinic for girls fastpitch & boys hardball

• Info was briefly presented on a fastpitch league from east shore schools

Scholarships:

• Cody Nuernberg: Stevens Point – Health Promotion & Wellness

• Abby Amerling: Carroll University – Physical Therapy

• Vice President re-election. Keith Herman nominated Chad Cook. 2nd by Randy Schlice. All in favor.

• Secretary re-election -Keith Herman nominated Bonnie Herman. 2nd by Chad Cook. All in favor.

• Treasurer – fill position

• Keith Herman nominated Shirley Schlice to be acting treasurer for the 2012 season. 2nd by Bonnie Herman. All in favor.

• Boys Midget: Randy Schlice nominated Chad Cook. 2nd by Keith Herman. All in favor. Chad Cook will decline if former chairperson still requests position.

• Boys Little: Chad Cook nominated Jason Fox. 2nd by Nathan Scheel. All in favor.

• Boys Pony: Will talk with John Ellis.

• Girls Rookies: Talk with Jessie Williams, Kris Jaegar

• Girls Minors: Ed Meltz

• Girls Majors: Bonnie Herman nominated Joy Weishan. 2nd by Randy Schlice. All in favor.

• Chad made a motion to meet the 4th Monday (Sept – April) and 4th Sunday (May – Aug) @ 7:00 pm.

2012 Registration Dates & Fees:

• Thursday, March 15th (6-8pm), Saturday, March 17th (9-12) @ Kewaskum Elementary School Cafeteria
